SMS Lead Alerts — Consent & Opt-In

Leadio ("we," "us," or "our") offers SMS lead alerts to business customers who subscribe to our lead delivery service. This page describes how a business owner consents to receive those text messages, and the exact terms of that consent.
Who receives messages
Only paying business subscribers who have explicitly opted in receive SMS. We do not send marketing or promotional texts, and we never message consumers who submit quote requests — SMS goes solely to the subscribed business owner, delivering the details of new leads for the market they purchased.
How you opt in
During service signup, a business owner enters the mobile number that should receive lead alerts and checks a consent box before completing enrollment. The box is unchecked by default; checking it is required only to enable the SMS delivery option and is not a condition of any purchase. The consent presented at signup reads:

Message details

- Message frequency varies with lead volume.

Privacy
